2. AS/DS Credit is non-transferable between accounts or articles/urls.

3. Payment refund request is not acceptable for any reason.

5. We are not liable for damages, direct or consequential, resulting from your use of the service, any failure to provide service, suspension of service, or termination of service. We do not guarantee the availability of the service. You agree not to hold us responsible for data loss or interruption of service of any kind.

6. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice by posting the changes to our Web site.

7. We or you may terminate your account and remove your site from our database at any time for any reason.

Terms of use De-CAPTCHA service

1. We are reseller of Decaptcher.com service only. We are NOT responsible for service quality, service interuptions etc. Complaints should be forwarded to guys from decaptcher.com.

2. The pricing is $3 USD per 1000 images.

3. We reserve to right to change the price and the terms of service as we wish. You will be noticed prior about that.

4. You can stop using this service any time by disabling it on our tool.
