Captcha is not working properly....

I have spent the last two frustrating days trying to submit but the captcha service keeps delivering drop down boxes with no captcha field filled in... over and over again.

I have plenty of money in the captcha account and even paid for the extra "priority" service... but still no results. Frankly, the captcha system we are using SUCKS.

We've contact decaptcher admin about this issue and received answers:

Three days ago:
