Here are the terms:

In order to provide correct information about our service to new users, only paid users with 30 days or older accounts can join digiXMAS Affiliate Program.
digiXMAS Affiliate Program covers all services related to digiXMAS tools, EXCEPT directory and article submission service we offer at Submission Service.
We'll pay by Paypal only. So, join only if you have Paypal account allowed to receive money.
We'll provide the affiliate management system that you can track your activities, including referrals, clicks, accounts, earnings etc.
We'll manually update your earnings after receiving purchasing from our customers within 24 hours.
After your earning reaches $50 USD, you can request for payment by making a Paypal Payment Request to digiXMAS.

How to start:

You don't have to register separated Affiliate Account; it's same as your current digiXMAS account.
Log in to your account. If your account is qualified to join to digiXMAS Affiliate Program, you'll see the link to "My Affiliate Account Manager".
Go to My Affiliate Account Manager for getting affiliate html code for your affiliate account. Text links are available as well as banners.
Promote our tools by using your affiliate code.
Track your activities and earnings by your Affiliate Account Manager.
Make request for payment only when your earning reaches $50 USD.
